Renovation of a retail space into an intimate music venue. Structural elements included a new steel framed entrance canopy with connected vestibule ceiling framing, new concrete stairs at entrance, skylights, plant shelves on the front elevation, removal of existing soffit, and new non-load bearing cold-formed stud walls.
